Your Flight, Your Rules
- You reserve the aircraft. You're in control from the start
- As other members join your flight, your cost goes down
- Each seat a member books is deducted directly from what you owe
- Fly solo and keep the whole plane, or let the network fill seats and reduce your cost
- Already see a flight you want? Book a single seat on any scheduled member trip
Pricing You Can Count On
- You book on a three-seat basis. Release the seats you are not using and your price falls by one seat for each one booked, never below a single seat
- Every other traveler pays one seat, fixed at booking
- Per-seat rates are published and locked before you confirm
- Book round-trip or multi-city upfront and save 10% vs. booking each leg separately

Your payment is held until you fly.
Every payment for a SoundPass seat goes into a segregated escrow account at The Huntington National Bank, administered by Avitrust Partners as escrow agent. The money is not ours and is not available to us until after your flight is completed. A $200,000 standby letter of credit, issued in favor of the U.S. Department of Transportation, sits behind the account.
This applies to SoundPass seats, which are public charters under 14 CFR Part 380. A charter booked with your member discount is an ordinary private charter: it is not escrowed and does not carry Part 380 protections. We tell you which one you are booking before you pay.

What a Seat Costs
Every seat on a SoundPass flight is priced the same, and the rate is published before you book. When you open a flight, you pay for three seats. Each member who joins reduces your cost by one seat, down to a floor of one. Never more than three, never fewer than one. Utility aircraft: $195 per seat. High-performance: $275 per seat. Rates effective September 2026. Your price never exceeds the full-aircraft charter price for that route.
