Membership fees: $25 household, $95 business. Flight pricing: $195 per seat (utility) and $275 per seat (high-performance).
You book on a three-seat basis. Release the seats you are not using and your price falls by one seat for each one booked, never below a single seat

How your money is handled
Paying before you fly is the part of any charter program people are right to ask about.
Escrow. Every payment for a SoundPass seat goes into a segregated escrow account at The Huntington National Bank, administered by Avitrust Partners LLC as escrow agent. We have elected the arrangement in 14 CFR 298.38(b), which means the escrow agent and the bank keep control of the funds until after the flight is completed. The money is not Citizen Air's property and is not available to us for general corporate purposes.
Letter of credit. A $200,000 irrevocable standby letter of credit, issued in favor of the U.S. Department of Transportation on behalf of public charter participants, sits behind the escrow account.
A ceiling on your price. No participant pays more for a seat than the full-aircraft charter price for that route.
If your plans change. Cancel and provide a substitute traveler and you receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee, whatever the cancellation schedule would otherwise require.
If our plans change. We will not cancel a flight fewer than ten days before departure except where operating it is physically impossible. Refunds are made within fourteen days.
What this does not cover. A charter booked with your membership discount is an ordinary private charter rather than a public charter. It is not escrowed and does not carry the protections above. We identify which one you are booking at the point of booking.
